Welcome to the Illinois Search & Staffing Association website (ISSA), the trade association for the search and staffing industry in our region. We are a non-profit organization set up to provide a resource for business and individuals alike who seek a search and/or staffing provider. ISSA is affiliated with the American Staffing (ASA) and the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). ISSA is especially proud to have earned ASA’s Chapter and Legislative merit awards.
