Her experience with WOTC stems from eight years of working at Ernst & Young in the Tax Credit and Incentives team. While there, she helped implement WOTC at a large US retailer and worked with other international companies to maximize credits available to them. to maximize credits available to them. She learned to “care about the details” in analyzing compliance and maximizing the credit for clients. Terracina is a licensed attorney with her law degree from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law and her accounting degree from the University of Akron.
