Paul Rosenfeld


Paul Rosenfeld is the Managing Partner of Government Navigation Group, one of Illinois' top government relations firms. He assists his clients in developing government relations, legislative, and business development strategies. GNG has offices in Springfield and Chicago and serves approximately 25 first-tier clients in the construction, IT, housing, financial, staffing, consumer advocacy and healthcare industries. Previously, Paul founded and directed CASEO, an association of over 300 on-premise liquor licensees; served as Executive Director of the River North Association (one of Chicago’s premiere business groups) and worked as a legislative liaison at the Illinois Housing Development Authority and Illinois Development Finance Authority.


Paul has served as the Democratic Committeeperson for the 47th Ward of Chicago since 2015, and through his leadership, it has become one of the highest voting wards in Cook County.
