Zenja “Z.” Glass is the owner of Unlocking Greatness Staffing, Inc. She has been in the staffing industry for nearly 32 years.

She started a podcast about two years ago to motivate others to never give up in life, despite their circumstances. After losing her son in 2021, Z. expanded her reach to inspire people in the business sectors by teaching young professionals and business leaders how to slow down and take care of themselves by sitting in silence, praying, and reevaluating their talents and gifts to live a purpose-driven life.
